Before working through the full legal text, these six points summarise the most important obligations on both jjjpk and every registered user.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any jjjpk service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. jjjpk reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
Each individual may hold only one active jjjpk account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.
Deposits made to jjjpk must originate from payment instruments owned and operated by the registered account holder. Use of third-party payment sources is prohibited and may trigger immediate account suspension.
Collusion, arbitrage abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on jjjpk. Violations will result in permanent account closure without appeal.
jjjpk provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all registered users. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that jjjpk gaming products are entertainment services only.
jjjpk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the jjjpk platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjjpk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the jjjpk website at jjjpk.one and all associated services. By registering an account or using any jjjpk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use jjjpk.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing jjjpk.one, creating an account, or placing any wager on the jjjpk platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms & Conditions as a binding legal agreement.
2.2 These Terms apply in conjunction with jjjpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.3 jjjpk reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of jjjpk following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
2.4 It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. jjjpk may, but is not obligated to, notify users of material changes by email or in-platform notification.
3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on jjjpk. By proceeding with registration you represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement. jjjpk enforces 18+ verification through CNIC-based KYC and reserves the right to close any account where the registered user is found to be under 18, with all balances returned after deduction of any amounts won through gameplay.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one jjjpk account. Creation of multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is prohibited. jjjpk may close all duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending fraud review.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of jjjpk complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. jjjpk makes no representation that the Services are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed. Pakistani users are reminded to familiarise themselves with applicable local laws before registering.
3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjjpk login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access to jjjpk support immediately.
4.1 jjjpk operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks. All users are required to complete KYC before full withdrawal rights are activated.
4.2 Required documentation includes, but is not limited to: a legible copy of your CNIC (front and reverse), a selfie photograph, and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Additional documentation may be requested at jjjpk's discretion.
4.3 jjjpk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or place holds on account balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with jjjpk's Privacy Policy.
4.4 Submission of fraudulent, altered, or counterfeit identity documents will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.
5.1 jjjpk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at jjjpk's discretion.
5.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where third-party payments are identified, jjjpk will reverse the deposit and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed within the jjjpk deposit interface at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change without advance notice.
5.4 jjjpk does not charge deposit fees on supported Pakistani payment methods as a general policy. However, you remain responsible for any fees levied by your own bank or mobile money provider.
5.5 All deposits are final once credited to your jjjpk wallet and cannot be reversed except in circumstances of verified fraud or platform error.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
6.2 jjjpk aims to process verified withdrawal requests within standard business processing times. Timelines may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any additional verification jjjpk may require.
6.3 Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where: (a) KYC is incomplete; (b) bonus wagering requirements are unmet; (c) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity; or (d) required documentation has not been provided.
6.4 jjjpk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal amounts. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
7.1 jjjpk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional benefits to registered users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Real-money funds deposited into a jjjpk account may be subject to wagering requirements if claimed alongside a bonus offer.
7.3 jjjpk reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds not yet converted through wagering may be removed if the promotional terms are found to have been abused.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, hedging bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
8.1 All bets placed on jjjpk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sporting event in question. jjjpk reserves the right to void bets where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event has been abandoned or declared void; or (c) the outcome is subject to a regulatory review or integrity investigation.
8.2 PSL cricket betting markets on jjjpk operate in accordance with standard cricket betting rules. Where an innings is reduced by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method or a match is shortened due to weather, standard DLS rules apply to affected markets unless otherwise stated.
8.3 In-play bets are accepted at jjjpk's discretion. jjjpk may suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including during delays, interruptions, or incidents that may affect the integrity of the betting market.
8.4 The decision of jjjpk in respect of bet settlement disputes is final, subject only to formal complaints raised through jjjpk's complaints procedure within 14 days of the disputed settlement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjjpk and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
jjjpk reserves the right to immediately suspend or close accounts engaged in prohibited activities and to withhold associated balances pending investigation and recovery of losses caused.
10.1 All content published on jjjpk.one — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of jjjpk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from jjjpk content.
10.2 The jjjpk name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary identifiers. Use of jjjpk brand assets without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
11.1 jjjpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All users have access to the following tools from within their account settings: (a) deposit limits; (b) session time reminders; (c) cool-off periods; and (d) self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority. During a self-exclusion period, jjjpk will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded user from accessing their account. Self-exclusion periods may be temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent.

12.1 jjjpk provides its Services on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. jjjpk shall not be liable for any losses arising from: (a) platform downtime or technical errors; (b) delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; (c) Force Majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory interventions, or telecommunications failures.
12.2 In no event shall jjjpk's aggregate liability to any user exceed the total net deposit value in the user's jjjpk account at the time the claim arises. jjjpk excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
12.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that jjjpk makes no representation regarding expected outcomes, returns, or profitability of any betting activity conducted on the platform.
13.1 You may close your jjjpk account at any time by contacting jjjpk support. Any real-money balance remaining after settlement of all open bets and satisfaction of any outstanding withdrawal conditions will be returned to your verified payment method.
13.2 jjjpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate closure; or (d) the account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by jjjpk's dormant account policy.
13.3 Termination of an account does not extinguish any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable international licensing framework under which jjjpk operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through jjjpk's customer support process may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures set out in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
14.2 jjjpk encourages users to raise disputes promptly and in good faith. A formal written complaint submitted to jjjpk support will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and reviewed by a senior member of the jjjpk team.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under Pakistani law.
